The new member of BARRISTER GIN
family is an oriental-style spiced MUMBAI
GIN. For its production in addition to
juniper and lemon peel we use a set of
Indian spices distilled separately:
Cardamom
Cumin
Nutmeg
Allspice
Almonds
Black and cubeba peppers
 
But the main accent comes from quinine
which allows to use club soda water instead
of tonic water to have a real low-calorie
version of Gin&Tonic
 
Perfect serve: 
The gin is served on the rocks as aperitif. It
is also perfect with soda instead of a tonic.
